1. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping:
- USA Orders: Free for all orders (no minimum purchase requirement).
- International Orders: Free for orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100 USD, a flat rate of $15 USD will apply.
- Expedited Shipping: Currently unavailable. We prioritize standard shipping to keep costs low for our customers.
2. Processing & Delivery Times

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customized or pre-order items may take an additional 2–5 business days to process.

3. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information:
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL, or local postal service).
- If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, check your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors first. If still missing, contact us within 5 business days to assist with investigation.
4. International Orders
- Customs & Duties:
- Import taxes, duties, and VAT may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
- We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
- Language & Currency:
- All orders are processed in USD. Prices may vary slightly in local currencies due to exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- Lost Packages:
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to trace the package or issue a replacement/refund if the item is confirmed lost.
- Damaged/Missing Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order number for a prompt resolution (replacement, partial refund, or full refund).
6. Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, and rerouting fees may apply.
